Booking terms and conditions:

The apartments are available after 2 pm on the day of arrival and we reserve the right to re-let the apartment if you do not arrive until 7 pm.
Please advise us if you expect to arrive later. On the day of departure you are requested to leave the Apartment until 10 am at the latest.
A deposit of € 150,00 per apartment will be required to confirm the booking. We can also accept a credit card number as confirmation of booking.
You will be charged an additional 15% for short-stay holidays which do not last more than 3 days.
We do not accept pets.

 

Payment:

We would prefer payment in cash. We also accept credit cards and bank cards.

 

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations received more than 15 days before due arrival there will be no cancellation fee.
If you wish your deposit to be refunded, we will charge an administration fee of € 25,00.
By cancellation up to 15 days before due arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total price of your holiday.
If you cancel in the last 5 days leading up to your holiday, if you don’t arrive, delay your arrival or depart late, the total cost of the period booked will be billed.
